Small group classes that target strength, speed, and explosiveness for advanced athletic performance. Ideal for athletes 13 and up looking to excel in their sport(s) and reach scholarship / recruitment level. Includes regular bio-metric testing of strength, size, vertical jump, and broad jump.

Bootcamp
Attend up to 3 bootcamp classes per week! Our 1 hour Bootcamp classes are like personal training in a group and are led by our knowledgeable and energetic trainers! Strength and conditioning suitable for all fitness levels!

Class Times: 5am, 8am, 1pm, 3pm, 6pm, 7pm, & 8pm

(Back-to-back classes count as individual sessions. Upgrade to Bootcamp Unlimited for up to 2 sessions per day.)
